Internal Policy for Mobile Application
Welcome to BNK Capital Myanmar. The BNK wants the privacy of the personal information of the people who come forward with Mobile to BNK and will pay special attention. The following fields are available for both BNK and Mobile Application:
This policy provides explanation and giving information to the users regarding with data collection, utilization, prevention, and presentation of BNK website, services and mobile application. User's own search information and personal information fields are also explained in addition.

In order to use our services, the user must be at least 18 years of age. Users who have access to our services:
1. Must be employee (or) person who is receiving income from any works
2. Must be able to pay back loan.
3. Must be a person who is free of publicity.
4. Must be at least between (18) years to (65) years of age.
5. Family Insurance and also Security Deposit depending upon type of loan.
In addition, the following member protection laws will be taken into account:
1) Providing monetary services that meet the needs of its members and exercising distribution system (Appropriate Product Design and Delivery). The amount of the loan is convenient to pay for the loan products in accordance with the appropriate income situation at the local level. The loan term and repayment schedule are defined and implemented. (Prevention of Over-Indebtedness)
2) Financial information is widely disseminated in a language that the members understand. (Transparency and Disclosure)
3) Ensure to make that the members of the financial services are not harmed. (Responsible Pricing)
4) Communicating with members in a fair and respectful manner. (Fair and respectful treatment of Clients)
5) Systematically maintains for security of member information. (Privacy of Client data)
6) Establish coping mechanisms when disputes occur with members. (Mechanisms for complaint Resolution)
Data Collection
We will collect user personal information during the time you use the Mobile application, and will collect detailed information on the start-up time and the activities. Access to information is required to ensure compliance with legal procedures. Information collected is:
- User information (phone number, name, address, email and date of birth)
- Copy of Identity Card
- Copy of Family Household List (or) Testimonial for residence
- Proof of income (or) Photo of Business
- License photo (1 photo)
- Bank Accounts
- Information about the business to use the loan
- Other information depending on the amount of loan the user wants to take out
BNK records and maintains contact information provided by users and is intended for replying to questions. Credit and other partners will collect loan information, which will allow users to share credit risk and investment information during the loan period, as well as to determine whether a loan is eligible for credit, assessment, initial loan and, provide help to investors.
Usage of Information of the users by BNK
We only share Personal Information of the users to Company and other affiliated companies which are in compliance with the factors mentioned in the policy. Users may prevent some of the sharing of information in legal means, but some others may not be prevented.
Condition of Collaboration of Financial Platforms Some forms of credit must submit user information to other online platforms and such rights to use shall be subjected to the terms and conditions of these companies.

Collaborative services are provided for the smooth operation of the company and for marketing activities. BNK Capital Myanmar will transfer the User Information to these companies and use them only when necessary to provide services to BNK Capital Myanmar.

Session Time-Outs
